Pure Blarney Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is run by Pure Blarney.

2. Prizes

First Prize: A live performance by Pure Blarney (six-piece group) at a gig of the winner’s choice, subject to the band’s availability and mutual agreement on date, location, and performance terms.

Runners-Up: 10 prizes of £50 worth of merchandise from the official Pure Blarney online store.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, three chances to win:

c. Subscribe to the official Pure Blarney YouTube channel.

4. Eligibility

Open to residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Pure Blarney, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

5. Entry Period

All entries must be submitted by 21st September 2025.

Entries after this time will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Three chances to win

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place within 7 days after the closing date.

Winners will be contacted via direct message or email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.

7. Additional Terms

The first prize gig must be scheduled within 12 months of the winner being notified and is subject to location and scheduling feasibility.

Merchandise prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash alternative.

By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Pure Blarney using their name, image, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of UK and Ireland.
